Simpson County is a progressive community where good things are happening. Our booming little city is just the right place to work and raise a family without sacrificing the values of the small town environment. Job growth has continued over the last decade and our agricultural economy remains strong, upholding our rural heritage.
Being located between Bowling Green & Nashville, Simpson County is strategically located for the right kind of economic growth. We offer a great alternative to the big city life but we are still conveniently located to everything you could want in a metropolitan area.
County government offices are still located in the historic downtown courthouse which sits prominently in the center of the public square. Built in 1882, our courthouse is a perfect symbol for our county... long-standing but still full of life.
Simpson County... a proud, historic community, but one that is vibrant and growing. I'm proud to serve as the chief elected official of Simpson County and it's a pleasure to come to work each day knowing that we're building a better place to live and raise our families.
